Knit a wonderfully festive Santa sweater for babies, toddlers and children with this detailed Christmas knitting pattern.

The sweater combines traditional cable knitting with a cheerful intarsia yoke featuring a row of Santa faces. Each Santa wears a classic red and white hat and has an embroidered face, fluffy-looking white beard and contrasting grey background.

Decorative red and white borders complete the Christmas yoke. The lower front features four evenly spaced cable panels, while a single cable runs along the centre of each sleeve. Ribbed cuffs and hem provide a comfortable finish, with a softly rolled stocking-stitch neckline.

The sweater has a comfortable, relaxed drop-shoulder shape and is knitted in Aran yarn, making it a warm and practical Christmas jumper for the winter season.
