Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital products

All products sold by Digi Knits are downloadable PDF knitting patterns. No physical products will be posted or supplied.

Cancellations and change-of-mind refunds

Our digital patterns are supplied shortly after payment. Where you have expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged that your cancellation right will be lost, you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access to the digital download begins.

Once digital delivery has begun, we do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges or change-of-mind refund requests because the downloaded product cannot be returned.

After delivery has begun, refunds will not normally be provided for:

• Accidentally purchasing the wrong pattern

• Purchasing the same pattern more than once

• Changing your mind

• Failing to read the product description

• Expecting a finished knitted item when the listing clearly states that it is a digital knitting pattern

• Not having the required yarn, equipment or knitting experience

Please check the listing description, sizes, yarn requirements and photographs carefully before purchasing.

Faulty, incorrect or inaccessible files

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

If your PDF is corrupted, incomplete, incorrect, materially different from its description or cannot be accessed, please contact us with your order number and details of the problem.

We will first provide download assistance, a replacement file or a corrected version of the pattern. If the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, an appropriate price reduction or refund will be provided where required by law.
