You will need:

• Approximately 10g of DK yarn in the main colour
• Small amounts of contrasting DK yarn
• 3.25mm knitting needles
• 5mm safety eyes or black yarn for embroidered eyes
• A small amount of toy filling
• Sewing needle

The coaster is knitted flat and assembled using simple sewing. The pattern uses garter stitch and stocking stitch with basic increases, decreases and shaping.
