Each gonk features a wonderfully tall Fair Isle hat, rounded knitted body, small arms, a flesh-coloured nose and a luxurious white faux-fur beard. The low hat brim hides the eyes to create the traditional Nordic gonk appearance.

The stranded colourwork hats feature traditional Scandinavian-inspired patterns worked in festive shades of red, white and grey. Five colour charts are included to help you recreate the different patterned sections accurately.
